More than 15 years across software engineering and architecture, DevOps and information security. I founded Zemtrix in 2019 and run it as CTO; since 2021 I have been technical lead of Bataban, a platform that runs counseling centers end to end. I also consult for two Swedish companies, Javani Holding and FocalPay.

As CTO I own the whole lifecycle: architecture and engineering standards, continuous delivery, production operations, observability and security. Zemtrix is a full-service software partner — we build and look after our clients' platforms for the long run, on infrastructure I designed and operate.

AI sits at the centre of my current work: agent-based recommender systems, intelligent travel search, technical leadership of AI projects, and rebuilding my company's whole delivery process around AI — from the first client request to analysis, UI design and shipped code.

What I am best at is untangling hard problems and turning messy, manual operations into processes that run themselves. At Bataban I designed and automated almost every operational process of the counseling centers from scratch.

I started as a Linux administrator in 2011 and still think like one: measure first, automate the second time, document everything, and keep production boring.
